The Role

You’ll handle a varied caseload of personal and business immigration matters, managing files independently while helping to shape and grow the department. The firm offers the option of a consultant-style arrangement or a permanent employed role, depending on your preferred working style.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on visa applications, settlement, sponsor licences, and citizenship.

• Managing complex immigration matters from instruction to completion.

• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.

• Keeping up to date with Home Office and immigration policy developments.

• Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development.

• Driving business growth through excellent service and networking.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Immigration Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with:

• Proven experience in personal and/or business immigration.

• A detailed understanding of UK immigration law and compliance.

• Excellent communication and client care skills.

• The ability to manage your own caseload independently.

• A proactive approach to developing client relationships and new business.

• (Desirable) Experience or interest in a consultancy-style working model.
