As part of their growth, they are seeking a skilled individual to support their conveyancing team and play a vital role in our success.
Your Role
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing team.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, legal documents, and contracts.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties professionally and efficiently.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings.
- Handle file management, including opening, closing, and archiving client files.
- Conduct searches, prepare forms, and complete Land Registry applications.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a legal secretary or similar administrative role, ideally within conveyancing.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, with proficiency in case management systems.
- Familiar with SDLT and LTT submissions
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
