Discovery Session
After sitting down with the employer to truly understand the needs of the role & the cultural dynamics, our team will craft a compelling, detailed job advert & job description that accurately reflects the job role and expectations.
Extensive role
search
Full exposure to all the major job boards to attract the best talent as well as exclusive access to a variety of the latest CV & talent sourcing tools alongside working with our comprehensive network of existing contacts, taking a multilayered approach to finding the best talent as efficiently as possible.
Screening of candidates
Full screening of candidates (including telephone & face to face interviews*, IT competency tests and obtaining two suitable references) is carried out to assess whether they are suited to the role. Additional vetting such as DISC profiling, DBS checks etc can also be processed.
Supplying the perfect match
Our team will provide a curated selection of CVs of candidates who are the ideal match for both the company and the role. We will provide 365 support from instruction through to onboarding ensuring the whole process is as smooth as possible.
