A few points to consider to ensure you are standing out from your competitors:

Now is a good time to review your recruitment strategy; what is your advertising campaign like? What works and what doesnβt? What other talent sourcing methods are you using? Do you outsource? If so, is that provider providing what you expect?

Are you covering all bases when it comes to getting details of your vacancies in front of the people who you want to see it?

Do your adverts pop? Or are they generic snapshots of a formal job description? Spice things up. π₯

What does your training and development program look like and are you ensuring their are clear paths for progression? π

Employers really need to stand out from their competitors and work proactively to ensure they are attracting the best talent. If you are putting out a generic advert on a generalist job board and expecting a wave of great candidates you are probably going to be disappointed. π
