Do you have a passion for people and plants? Our client, a well-established and highly reputable charity based in Oswestry are looking for a Garden Manager to help it flourish!
In this hands-on role, you’ll be nurturing both the garden and their amazing team of volunteers. From planning and planting to mentoring and motivating, you’ll create a welcoming, supportive space where people and nature thrive together.
What we’re looking for: Green fingers and a love for gardening with professional experience, ideally from another charity or community centred organisation. Ideally have experience leading and inspiring volunteers. Strong organisational skills and a collaborative spirit. Creativity and vision to help build and develop the horticultural side of the charity.

This is a part-time permanent position working 20 hours per week and how that looks in the week is up to you (e.g. 9am until 1pm or spread over 4 days or every other day etc). Offering a starting salary of £25,000 pro-rata.
Please note, this role requires you to work with vulnerable adults and children so a full enhanced DBS will be required as part of the safer recruitment process.
