Our client, an innovative and dynamic software developers based in Telford are seeking a Studio Administrator on a full or part time permanent basis to join their vibrant, growing team and play a pivotal role in managing the heartbeat of their studio operations. Provided with state-of-the-art IT systems and the support and mentorship from a friendly and dedicated team, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Office Management:

– Be the driving force behind our client’s studio’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient working environment that drives creativity.

Administrative Support:

– Provide invaluable administrative support, from managing schedules and correspondence to handling financial documentation using your great attention to detail.

Project Coordination:

– Collaborate closely with management, developers, and clients to ensure that the projects flow seamlessly from start to finish, working with tools and systems which allow you to work efficiently and effectively.

Team Communication:

– Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.

Key Deliverables:

– By monitoring the systems in place, ensure that the team is utilising their time effectively to deliver exceptional results for the clients.

– In collaboration with the Developers & Managers, respond promptly to client requests and changes, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and on budget.

Qualifications required:

– Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a creative or studio environment.

– Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with an eagle eye for detail.

– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in office software and project management tools.

– Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

What do you get in return?

  • A starting salary of £27,000 per annum on a permanent full-time (35 hours per week) or Part-time family-friendly hours over the 5 days (i.e. Monday to Friday 9:30am/10am until 2:30pm/3:00pm). Salary will be pro-rata if on part-time hours.
  • Hybrid and flexible working. Work from the office when you want/need to. Usual office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday-Friday but this can be flexible. Full home-working IT system is provided.
