Post Office/Retail Sales Assistant
Temporary to PermOur client, a healthcare charity based just outside Oswestry are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with excellent communication skills and a passion to deliver great customer service to join their Post Office and retail team.
If you enjoy working in a busy environment where every day is different and the customer is centric to everything, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
You will maximise all selling opportunities to drive sales for Post Office and retails matching products and services to customer needs, whilst ensuring that you adhere to security measures at all times.
Along with previous customer service experience you will have strong communication skills and high level of numeracy.
You will have a range of duties from engaging with customers delivering fast friendly service, stock replenishment, cleaning and working on the Till. There will also be the opportunity to assist in the cafe area (when required) where you will serve hot and cold drinks and pre-made snacks.

Hours:
Monday – 10am to 3pm
Tuesday – 9am to 5pm
Thursday – 9am to 5pm
Friday – 9am to 5pm
Every other Saturday & Sunday – 10am to 3pm.
So, 37 ½ hours on Week 1, 27 ½ hours on week 2.
The contract is initially on a temporary contract through the agency, turning permanent after a short probation period offering a starting hourly rate of £10.42 per hour.
