Operations Administrator
Full TimeOur client based in Whitchurch, Shropshire is currently looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their growing team.
We are looking for a dynamic, articulate individual to work in a busy office environment. Awareness of construction health and safety would be an advantage although not essential.
Responsibilities:
• Clerical support to the Health & Safety team
• Helping to maintain accurate records of communications and project progression.
• Routine telephone and email communication with sub-contractors.
• Assisting in document set up, uploading & distribution of documents and customer queries.
Requirements:
• A strong administration background.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Systematic approach and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (essential)
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Good time management skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Enthusiasm to learn new procedures and concepts.
This role is within a rapidly expanding department which provides an exciting platform to progress. Complete on-the-job and supplementary training will be given.
This is a full-time permanent role offering circa £22,000 dependent on skills and experience. Benefits including enhanced holiday & pension, flexible working & hybrid working and free onsite parking. Flexible working policy (post induction and reliant on suitable home working facilities)
