Full TimeOur client, a rapidly growing consultancy organisation based in Shropshire is looking to appoint a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their small, friendly and professional team.
The organisation is a purposeful change business, delivering tailor-made services and solutions. In a nutshell, they help businesses ‘change better’ and work to empower individuals and teams along the way.
The purpose of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be central to everything the organisation delivers within the media and communications sphere.
You will be a creative individual who is passionate about delivering communications across a range of platforms from social media and the website to video and webinar production.
Working closely with the directors you will implement the marketing plans whilst helping to monitor and adapt to changes in the industry to ensure the marketing and communications being produced are relevant and impactful.
You will be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing, confident engaging with customers by phone, video and face to face and demonstrate that you have a keen eye for detail.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS365) and be an advanced user of PowerPoint as well as confident navigating social media sites.

The position is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position which requires flexibility but in turn offers flexibility working on a hybrid basis (a mix from home and from the office). The client will consider applicants who wish to work 3/4 days.
You will need to be able to travel on occasion and will also need to be dog & cat friendly (due to being in the office). Due to the clients location you will need your own transport.
The starting salary offered is £25,000 per annum (pro-rata if p/t) and other benefits include an enhanced pension scheme, your birthday off, social and welfare benefits and dedicated training and development support to allow you to thrive and progress your career.
