Our client, an established company based in Shrewsbury has an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join their expanding team on full-time temporary basis for initially 3 months.

The overall responsibility of the role involves providing support for the maintenance engineers, customers and taking ownership of the task from point of logging through to passing to invoice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinate all works for allocated engineers
  • Allocate and assign engineers to works
  • Assisting engineers with queries relating to works

General Tasks

  • Updating client portals with status changes and relevant documentation
  • Ensure all agreed KPI’s and SLA’s for clients are met
  • Carrying out general administrative duties within the office

Person Specification:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship building abilities
  • Good IT skills and data entry skills (excellent attention to detail is essential

This role is working full-time for a minimum of 3 months but could be extended. Offering an equivalent salary of up to £22,000 dependent on experience plus overtime.
