Internal Sales Coordinator
Full TimeDue to continued business growth, our client, a well established and growing organisation based just outside Shrewsbury is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their existing team.
The opportunity would suit a driven and customer-centric individual who is looking to join a progressive & thriving organisation.
Your role would be to administer and coordinate internal sales, by working closely with purchasing and operations to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Working with a dedicated team you will provide excellent advice & product support to customers, providing quotations and processing sales orders whilst building strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
You will be a point of contact to deal with queries and issues as well as liaising with couriers and the logistics department regarding delivery transport matters.
To be considered for the position you will be a confident IT user with previous customer service experience, ideally a graduate with a degree in a business, maths or science related discipline. You will have excellent attention to deal as well as strong and friendly communication skills.

This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.pm, Friday 8.30am-4.00pm / Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm (39 hours per week) offering a starting salary of between £22,000 & £24,000 DOE.
