Rob's Blue Orchid journey
Rob started his life in recruitment working for a large national healthcare organisation where he had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles.
He then went on to lead the team at a well-known independent recruitment agency in Shrewsbury where he stayed for over 6 years helping it to achieve award-winning status as well as progressing the company to make it’s largest turnover in it’s 16 year history. Following the Covid-19 pandemic Rob created Blue Orchid Recruitment so he could continue to assist businesses and job seekers with their needs.
Beyond work, Rob is a devoted husband and father to two young daughters, residing amidst the picturesque Shropshire Hills. His passions include playing the drums, exploring the countryside on foot, and indulging in leisurely runs (if such a thing exists!).
