This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing business as a Sales Account Executive, working closely with the Sales Director to develop customer accounts, maximise sales opportunities, and become a trusted point of contact for your clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
- Proactively engage customers through outbound calls and occasional field visits, following CRM-led tasks.
- Accurately translate customer product descriptions and codes to ensure they receive exactly what they need.
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions, collaborating with Technical Sales or Product Management as required.
- Work alongside Product Management to clarify product discrepancies or missing information.
- Prepare and send quotations via email, telephone, and internal systems (Winman).
- Take full ownership of quotes and proformas, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to customer calls, delivering friendly, efficient support at all times.
- Resolve customer issues and feed back important insights to improve internal processes.
- Support the Sales Director and wider team with additional tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Previous sales experience – essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency desirable).

Salary: Starting on £30,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–15:30 permanent contract
