The Role
You’ll support the Marketing Director and wider team across a broad range of marketing, events and business development activity. From planning and attending events across the region to managing digital content, coordinating campaigns and keeping our marketing operations running smoothly, this role offers fantastic variety and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Planning, coordinating and attending events such as careers fairs, seminars, business expos and social functions
• Helping set up stands, managing guest lists and preparing marketing materials
• Creating and updating spreadsheets, marketing lists and CRM records
• Supporting targeted e-marketing campaigns (Constant Contact or similar)
• Contributing research and competitor analysis
• Assisting with website updates, job postings and staff profiles
• Helping maintain a strong social media presence
• Drafting, editing and preparing articles, blogs and directory submissions
• Coordinating newsletters and intranet updates
• Providing general administrative support including diary management and meeting organisation

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple deadlines
• Confident using digital tools, websites and social media
• Detail-driven with great proofreading skills
• Creative, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a marketing role, and familiarity with tools like Constant Contact or Microsoft Dynamics, would be an advantage.
