A respected multidisciplinary consultancy in the Midlands is seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding Shrewsbury office. Working within a collaborative team of planners, surveyors, architects and engineers, you’ll play a key role in delivering diverse development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role:

• Lead or support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Undertake detailed design of drainage, highways, SuDS and flood risk management infrastructure.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders, managing projects from feasibility through to construction.
• Contribute to Transport Statements and technical reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support the ongoing development of the engineering service.

About You:

• Qualified to HNC/HND or degree level in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in civil infrastructure design (SuDS, highways, drainage, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or MicroDrainage (or similar).
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
