A respected multidisciplinary consultancy in the Midlands is seeking a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding Shrewsbury office. Working within a collaborative team of planners, surveyors, architects and engineers, you’ll play a key role in delivering diverse development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role:
- Lead or support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Undertake detailed design of drainage, highways, SuDS and flood risk management infrastructure.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders, managing projects from feasibility through to construction.
- Contribute to Transport Statements and technical reports.
- Mentor junior team members and support the ongoing development of the engineering service.
About You:
- Qualified to HNC/HND or degree level in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in civil infrastructure design (SuDS, highways, drainage, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or MicroDrainage (or similar).
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
