A leading international business is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to play a key part in ensuring a smooth, cost-effective supply chain where supplier on-time delivery, stock availability, and quality are the main focus.
What You’ll Do:
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
- Resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate supplier information
- Support finance, warehouse, sales, and operations teams
- Contribute to continuous improvements across purchasing and supply chain
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
- Supply chain experience (preferred but not essential)
Benefits Include:
- Starting salary of up to £27,500 per annum dependent on experience.
- Full-time permanent contract – Monday- Thursday 08:30am-5pm, Fri 8:30am-3:30pm
