As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a Head of Company Commercial – someone with both the legal expertise and the strategic mindset to take the department to the next level.

The Role:

As Head of Company Commercial, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of SME and entrepreneurial clients across a range of sectors. You’ll lead on transactions, advise on business structuring, contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance, while mentoring a small but growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the Company Commercial practice area
• Advising clients on M&A, restructuring, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Driving business development and department growth
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to strategic firm decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (8+ PQE ideally), with strong Company Commercial experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach
• Keen to be part of a progressive, forward-thinking firm
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
