My client based in Much Wenlock, Shropshire is an established firm of rural property consultants dedicated to providing outstanding services to its clients. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their growing team, you will be accountable to the project manager and liaise between clients, surveyors, and the wider team within each project. The Client Services Administrator are an integral part of the business and the position offers realistic opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow & evolve.

Brief overview of tasks & responsibilities:

· To act in a professional and courteous manner at all times to maximise the client experience.

· To maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust, working as efficiently as possible with the support of the wider team

· Managing and organising project files in order to provide to the surveyors, working to specific timelines and adhering to industry legislations

· Provide administration support to the wider team

· Liaise with various parties including landowners, solicitors and estate agents.

· Updating the CRM system and using industry software to assist with the completion of tasks

Skills & attributes required:

· Previous experience working in administration is essential – ideally from a professional services background

· Effective communicator with good organisational and time management skills

· Ideally have an interest in rural surveying or property

· Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills

This is a great opportunity to work with a well established, well respected and friendly team.

This is a full-time (9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday)role offering a salary of up to £25,000 DOE plus enhanced holiday entitlement and pension scheme as well as support to progress including study support for RICS qualifications.
