Project Coordinator
Full TimeOur client, based in Telford is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in project planning and management, and will be able to track the progress of multiple projects at once. You must be someone who can keep a calm head during stressful moments, make well-informed decisions in a timely manner whilst delivering excellent customer care to the clients.
You will be able to communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels, (both internally and externally), coordinating and supporting all team members and work in partnership with the clients on projects from inception to delivery allowing you to see things through.
You will be expected to work flexibly and have the ability to adapt whilst working in a small, dedicated and extremely friendly team environment.
Through your leadership and organisation you will help the teams complete each project in a timely and cost effective manner whilst being given the support required to achieve your own goals, with an pathway to progress your career.
Experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Ability to work with determination and persistence to achieve deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Ability to trust their intuition and work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong motivation and leadership
- Ability to work well in a group setting
- Able to travel if necessary
- Ideally have Prince 2 or similar qualification but not essential
