Due to continued growth, our client based in Newport, Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

Your main duties will involve:

  • Liaising with Collection Drivers on the telephone and via the smart app
  • Dealing with Customers on the telephone and email and processing data onto the CRM software
  • Postcode Sector research for the automotive sector to populate customer contact database using CRM and Excel
  • Maintaining the database on a daily basis
  • Creating jobs from orders received
  • Working as part of a small team to cover specific geographical areas

In order to be considered for this role you must have administration experience and be a confident IT user as well as demonstrate good communication skills.

This role is initially temporary turning permanent after a short probationary period with a starting hourly rate of £10 per hour increasing to at least £11 per hour after 3 months. Also offering a pension up to 4% and death in service at 4 x gross income (effective once made permanent).

30 hours per week Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work the 30 hours to suit your personal commitments – extra hours may also be available.
