Our client based in Shrewsbury are looking for additional support within their office and therefore require an experienced Administrator to join their established team.

Job Purpose – To provide efficient and effective administration and clerical assistance to both internal and external customers and other stakeholders.

The main duties will be to provide admin support and assistance to the office team including; invoice inputting & data entry, responding to correspondence, incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying, answering the phone and taking messages and other general office duties.

The successful candidate will be an organised, methodical team player with excellent attention to detail who is confident using MS Office programs and ideally has experience working in a regulated environment, however this isn’t essential.

This is a permanent, full-time role, however the client will consider applicants who are looking for hours which suit parental commitments. The client is looking to pay between £23,000 and £26,000 DOE + benefits which includes enhanced holiday allowance and pension scheme as well as onsite free parking.
